We craft each scarf with exceptional attention to detail and quality. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:
📦You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided:
- The scarf is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- The original tag is still attached.
- The item is free of perfume, stains, or damage.
🔁 Exchange Process: We’ll gladly exchange any item for another color or design of equal value, once the returned item passes inspection.
💸Refund Method: Once we receive and approve the return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
🚚 Shipping & Return Fees:
- Shipping and return delivery costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- ONYX only covers the return cost in the case of a manufacturing defect or wrong item delivered.
